Do you offer free mock-ups?
Yes. We provide a free digital mock-up before order confirmation so you can review the design first.

What file types do you accept for artwork?
We prefer vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG. PNG and JPG files are also acceptable if they are clear and high resolution.
What is your standard delivery time?
Our standard delivery time is 25 business days, including production and shipping.
Do you offer rush service?
Yes. Rush order service is available for urgent projects with an additional charge. The fastest delivery time is 10 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
When does production start?
Production starts after the artwork is approved and payment is completed.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes. Our service is suitable for bulk orders for businesses, schools, clubs, teams, events, and promotions.
Can you help if my artwork is not perfect?
Yes. You can still send us your logo or idea, and our team will review it and help prepare a suitable mock-up for your project.
