Great charms but order not filfilled

We were very happy with the collaboration, service, speed of pridiction and shipment of the shoe charms. The designs ended up looking great and have been well received by those who have purchased them.

However, we were short shipped by almost 50 charms on 3 of the 5 designs we purchased. We have sent some.cimmuncation regarding this issue and have not had a resolve or any response to date.

This reflects my so-so review.
