Ordered my first shoe charms but the product delivered did not match the design proof. The image was not defined and just seemed to blur together making it an unusable product. This was supposed to be for our school's open house but now the students are really disappointed.
I emailed sales three times before finally receiving an answer 5 days later that included about six words in the reply. No options to help fix the issue. Still awaiting a response to my reply and without any resolution I would not recommend this company. Customer service is non existent!! I hate leaving negative review but buyer beware.
